Here is Oliver's character description. I love the fact that it is set underwater and his use of figurative language really helps you form a picture in your mind.
He had his diving suit on and dived into the gloomy water. His heart was racing and he plunged into the shark- infested water. The cold water hit his lungs like a punch and the taste of salt filled his mouth and his moustache tickled his nose. His wavy hair got in front of his goggles and you couldn't see his blue eyes that were the colour of the ocean. He had to use his muscles and his great strength to swim against the waves and down to the deep murky layer but once he was deeper the sea was filled with bright and beautiful fishes and coral. As he swam around he was amazed and excited as the colours of the coral were like a bag of skittles in the ocean. His excitement was building as he couldn't wait to find an octopus or even better a shark! He turned around and put a thumbs up to his friends as something was behind them...
