Year 6 pupils welcome WWII Veterans - 17 December 2012

As the culmination of their history project Year 6 pupils organised a VE Day Tea for veterans from our local community. It was an opportunity for the children to share their learning and veterans to reciprocate with stories of their experiences over a cup of tea, cake and a good old sing song in the tradition of WWII
