Woodland Glade Planting - 05 November 2013
We now have a number of small group teaching rooms and recently we have added two more, housed in a ‘Portakabin’ near the front of the school. This area has now been designated as our ‘Woodland Glade’. We have planted some shrubs and trees along with many Daffodils. Bluebells have also been planted under the trees and as a result we expect this area to be bursting with life come the Spring. Some of our children helped with the planting and learnt a great deal about what is required to give the plants a good start in their life.
Thanks also to two long-standing friends of the school, Sue Clark and Ken Wilson for their help with the planting.
