Joint Chair LA Governor
I first joined the governing body at Meath Green as a parent governor in 2017, switching a year later to become a Local Authority governor at the school. I enjoy the opportunity this gives to contribute in a small way to shaping the future of our children.
I am currently Joint Chair of the Governing Body and the Resources Committee, in addition to sitting on the Strategy and Health & Safety Committees.
Away from school, I am very happily married to Zeta with a son, Artie in year 6. I work in insurance leading the Underwriting area at a company in Reigate and this has allowed me to hone my management, financial and risk assessment skills; and I look to use these strengths in my role as governor.
In my spare time I enjoy sports, in the past participating but nowadays more on the sidelines watching Artie play football, cricket, hockey, tennis and more. I am also Chairman of Perrywood Football Club in Horley and a committee member at Horley Cricket Club.
