Mosaic Flower Bed Competition November 2006 - 04 December 2006

All schools in the Horley Learning Partnership entered this competition. Pupils were asked to design a flower bed mosaic, keeping in mind Spring bulb colours such as yellow, purple, white, red etc. Suggested ideas were things like snakes, lizards, dragons but it could be anything. The winning design, which will be planted at Emlyn Meadow, will be announced in the New Year. We decided to have our own competition so that we could plant a winning design at Meath Green Junior School. And the winning designer is....Kunnaree  (age 9) from class 4F who also helped her to plant the bulbs in her snake design. The winning design has been planted in our Science garden.
