Charity Cake Sale for Macmillan Nurses
Yesterday a group of Yr 6 held a cake sale. It was a great success. We raised an amazing £84.19 for Macmillan Nurses. All the money will go to help some wonderful and inspiring women, the nurses and their patients. Having given the money to the nurses yesterday, they were very pleased as they didn’t think we could have raised that much money for them. Thanks to this sum of money, so many women with breast cancer won’t be scared to get better. We baked over 150 cakes and every single one vanished!
